Yes — Samsung's own developer flow requires signing in once so Apps2Samsung can create the signing certificate your TV needs. That certificate is then reused across installs, so you won't be asked again for the same TV.
Apps2Samsung uses Samsung's own developer/side-load mechanism — the same one Tizen Studio uses — it doesn't jailbreak or modify your TV's firmware. It's fully open source, so you can read exactly what it does. It isn't affiliated with Samsung or Jellyfin.
Yes. Enable Developer Mode on your Samsung TV (Apps → type 12345 → toggle on, set your computer/phone's IP), then scan for it in Apps2Samsung. This is the standard Tizen side-loading requirement.
